It is responsible for the use, handling, and protection of the personal data you provide us, in accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”), published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2010, and other applicable regulations.
PURPOSES AND/OR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We inform you that your personal information will be used for the following purposes:
a) Based on the products and services provided:

- Validate your tax and banking data and, if necessary, contact the references you provided to verify commercial or professional information.
- If applicable, register you as a supplier in our systems.

- Identification and Contact Data: Name, gender, marital status, place of birth, date of birth, official ID, profession, company, email, address, proof of address, landline, mobile, and office phone.
- Financial and/or asset data: Bank accounts, gross monthly income, Credit Bureau, socioeconomic and banking study.
- Third-party data: Spouse’s information; Name, place of birth, date of birth, bank accounts, gross monthly income, profession, company, email, address, landline, mobile, and office phone.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred for the purposes described above. The categories of companies and their purposes to which the responsible party could make transfers are:
a) Transfers that do not require your consent according to article 37 of the law:
i) Trusts and/or companies in which the trustors and/or beneficiaries participate.
ii) National and international financial authorities to comply with our obligations under laws and/or treaties, tax obligations, and compliance with official notifications or requirements.
iii) IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) to comply with obligations contained in social security legislation.
iv) INFONAVIT (National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute) to comply with applicable legal obligations.
v) Institutions, organizations, or entities in the insurance sector for risk selection and fraud prevention.
vi) CONDUSEF (National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services) to resolve claims submitted by the data subject.

(ii) Documents proving your identity (e.g., valid official ID) or, where applicable, legal representation of the person processing the request on your behalf (e.g., power of attorney signed before two witnesses, accompanied by copies of the official IDs of the grantor of the power of attorney and the legal representative);
(iii) A clear description of the personal data you wish to exercise any of the above rights; and
(iv) Any other element or document that facilitates identifying your personal data. In the case of requests to rectify personal data, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting your request.
ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND/OR OBJECTION RIGHTS (ARCO) AND MEANS TO REVOKE CONSENT
You have the right to know what personal data you have provided us, for what purposes we use it, and the conditions under which we use it (access). Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of your personal information when it is incomplete, inaccurate, inadequate, or excessive (rectification); to have it removed from our records or databases when you believe its processing violates the law or because it is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose or purposes of such database (cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (objection). You must present yourself at the Trust’s address or contact us via email at info@casanima.com.mx through the Privacy Department in charge of the security of personal data, with the following requirements: (i) a free-form written request to exercise ARCO rights, limitation of use, and/or disclosure of personal data, (ii) valid official identification, (iii) power of attorney to prove representation, when applicable. The Company will verify the information provided and proceed to respond to your request. Subsequently, the Company will deliver to the Data Subject a written response and any other documentation to address your request within the time frame specified in Article 32 of the LGPDPPP.
The Trust informs you that you may access the Public Registry of Individuals, “REUS,” which allows you to register in a database to restrict promotional calls to personal numbers (landline or mobile), work numbers, or email addresses, aiming to safeguard your privacy and prevent the inconvenience caused by these calls or the sending of information. The Trust is obligated to notify the Data Subject of any changes made to this Privacy Notice, either through (i) notices placed in visible locations at the Company’s offices and/or its subsidiaries, (ii) written communication sent to any of the addresses provided by the Data Subject, (iii) institutional email, or any other contact information provided by the Data Subject, and (iv) notices placed on the Company’s website.
